Moment is one of Denmark’s largest substitutes- and recruitment bureaus. We developed a system that help 9.000 candidates find a job and match companies throughout the country with future employees every year. The keywords for Moment are responsibility, passion and the joy of cooperation, and thus we share a great set of values.
Our relationship to Moment began a long time ago. Our CEO, Michael Henningsen, was an employee of Moment in the early 2000s and knew their IT-system like his own backpocket, because he helped build it. He helped grow the it-department from 3 to 18 employees and made a strategy that is still being followed and we help keep it up to date. Today, Moment have their own globale team of developers with ten men at embrace-it in Pakistan, who help optimize and develop the systems.
When an ambitious company like Moment gives us the keys to the engine and wants help with creating a more professional and leaner setup, we go all-in! Honestly, that’s all we know. Michael was involved as an internal consultant, and with the team in Pakistan, they tailored an ERP-system that helped secure the sale of Moment. It was a collaboration which we are especially proud of, and together we still collaborate to help other companies reach for the stars and help the stars find their dream job.
